The Plant Retail Associate is the key employee in our tropical plant department. This role blends customer service, hands-on plant care, and delivery logistics into one. You'll often be the first person customers turn to with plant questions, and you'll carry the responsibility of maintaining and curating our in-shop plant selection, keeping it healthy, well-organized, and ready to sell.
