Liability Waiver & Release
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that cycling activities involve inherent risks of injury or death. In consideration of being permitted to use the bicycles, equipment, and facilities of Sixth City Cycles, I voluntarily agree to assume all risks associated with participation and release Sixth City Cycles, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation, including negligence. I certify that I am in good physical condition and medically able to participate. I have read this waiver, understand its terms, and sign it of my own free will.
